Uncharted C CIC takes your privacy very seriously and is committed to protecting and respecting it. This privacy policy will provide you with information about how we collect, use, store and delete any personal data used at uncharted C and explains the privacy rights under law.
Engagement with our website or our services will be taken that you agree to how we collect, use, store and delete any personal data that we hold in accordance to the information provided in this policy.
The policy will be updated as and when it is needed and the latest version will be available on this page and with a date at the top showing when this policy was last updated.
What information we collect:
We may collect the following:
Contact details: you name, email address, address, telephone number
Health information: only if you choose to provide this information and provided consent
Additional information: other information/data that you provide during correspondence
Booking and billing information: Training package purchases, or other sources of booking e.g. talks, webinars, collaborations etc.
Anonymous data: collected from surveys or focus groups

What we do with this information:
We primarily use the information we collect to respond to queries, provide services, create resources (informed by neurodivergent lived experience – focus groups, Advisory Board, uncharted C CIC), and illustrate impact. We also use the information we collect within booking and billing transactions and regulatory reporting.
How we share that information:
Uncharted C CIC will never sell, trade or rent your information. We do have several trusted third-party businesses who act as data processors on our behalf. They are:
Squarespace – our website hosts, and contact form
Microsoft 365 – our email, calendar and data storage (identifiable personal data is stored on password protected files on a permission managed site)
Quickbooks – for our accounting and invoices
Event platforms – e.g. Eventbrite
How long we store that information:
Data will only be kept as long as it is needed and for a reasonable amount of time:
Email correspondence – for 3 years
Contact List – will be stored securely until an individual requests their personal information is removed
Booking and collaboration clients – for a reasonable amount of time after we have finished working together
Anonymous data – is stored indefinitely for research and service improvement
How you can manage your data:
There are several ways you can manage your data, you can:
Request your data is deleted – at any time, without justification needed
Access your data – ask for a copy of your personal information that we hold
Request rectification – you can request to make corrections to the information that we hold for you.
