Being told you have cancer changes your life forever.‍ ‍

Your life becomes filled with appointments, tests, procedures and treatment. It is a difficult experience for everyone.

If you are Autistic, ADHD or AuDHD and have been diagnosed with cancer there are additional barriers that you experience within cancer care.

At uncharted C, we acknowledge these barriers and provide training for healthcare professionals and others to provide neuro-affirming cancer care.

We also create practical resources for Autistic, ADHD and AuDHD cancer patients who are going through treatment; we have plans for lots more.

uncharted C is rooted in lived experience

- we are not clinicians

It is important to note that we do not offer clinical services. The information we provide is from neurodivergent lived experience, knowledge, and research.

Improving cancer care realities

Improving cancer care doesn’t mean that neurodivergent cancer patients and healthcare professionals can just meet in the middle.

Not without understanding that neurodivergent cancer patients and healthcare professionals have different starting positions

This really matters
